深圳瑞科天啟科技有限公司（RevTech）是深圳市“高層次人才創新創業”企業，位于以“科技創新+總部經濟”著稱的深圳市南山區，致力于能源、環保、土地復耕等行業的核心技術研發與創新，與國內外科研團隊及企業開展了深度合作。公司已擁有超凈濕基煤制備和跨行業的超凈清潔和低成本利用技術，使傳統的煤炭利用進入改頭換面的新時代；新型甲醇基燃料及發動機等核心技術，均居于行業領先水平，目前正在產業化推廣中。
公司創始人、技術領頭人劉科院士為澳大利亞國家工程院外籍院士，現任南方科技大學講座教授、清潔能源研究院院長、創新創業學院院長。劉科院士領導的研發團隊，經過多年的探索與研究，在借鑒國外跨行業類似技術的基礎上實現了技術上的突破，研究成功了一種從煤炭中通過特殊技術分離出清潔固體燃料/原料和土壤改良用礦物質的世界領先創新技術——即煤炭微礦分離技術，將煤炭在使用前處理清潔，做到物盡其用，從根本上改變傳統的煤炭利用方式，實現煤炭清潔高效利用。
針對我國“富煤貧油少氣”的能源格局以及油氣資源對外依存度逐漸加大、油荒氣荒現象時有發生的現狀，從保障油氣安全乃至國家安全的角度出發，不斷加快煤炭產業技術升級革新、推動長產業鏈、高附加值的發展模式意義重大。
微礦分離技術具有提高煤炭利用效率、優化煤炭資源利用結構、增加產品附加值、副產品資源化利用等優勢，可有效促進我國煤炭產業轉型升級。該項技術的推廣應用預期可實現對煤炭、煤化工、化肥和農業這四個產業的優化和耦合，有助于升級轉化傳統產業進而形成新的產業鏈，實現傳統煤炭產業的脫胎換骨和革命性升級，為我國能源安全保駕護航。
Shenzhen RevTech Co., Ltd is a company which is featured by "Entrepreneurship and Innovation with high-level talents”; located in Nanshan District--an area characterized by Sci-tech innovation + headquarters economy, it is devoted to R&D and innovation of core technologies in the field of energy, environment-protection, land rehabilitation, etc., which has been carrying out deep cooperation with scientific teams and enterprises both home and abroad. The company has several key technologies: Ultra-clean wet coal preparation and cross-industrial ultra clean technology with low-cost application, making the traditional way of coal application enter in a new era; besides, its key technologies, such as a new type of methanol-based fuel and engine, etc., play the leading role in the industry, which are in the stage of industrialization.
The founder of company and the technological leader-- Key Ke LIU, is a foreign member of Australian National Academy of Engineering, who serves as the president of Institute of Clean Energy and School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Chair Professor. The R&D team led by Academician Liu, has achieved technological breakthroughs based on the cross-industrial technologies worldwide through years of exploration and research, resulting in successful research of a world-leading innovative technology—RevTech Minerals Separation (RMS) Technology, which separates clean solid fuel, raw materials and minerals used for soil rehabilitation from coal through unique separating technology, realizing clean treatment of coal before using and making the best use of coal, which is a clean and efficient approach that fundamentally changes the traditional way of coal utilization.
Based on China's current status of energy structure "rich in coal while lacking in oil and gas", the increasing dependency on foreign oil & gas resources, and frequent presence of oil & gas shortages; it is of significant importance to promote technological upgrading and innovation of coal industry, promote the development model of long-industrial chain with high added value by starting from ensuring the safety of oil & gas, and even the nation.
RevTech Minerals Separation (RMS) Technology has the following advantages such as increasing coal utilization, optimizing utilizing structure of coal resources, increasing added-value of products, and resource utilization of by-products, which can effectively promote transformation and upgrading of China's coal industry.
